About Me

Hi, I’m Sena! I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and have dedicated the majority of my life to competitive figure skating. At the age of 18 I went on tour with Disney on Ice, traveling throughout the US with the original Frozen on Ice tour. Throughout this incredible experience, I portrayed the role of Young Elsa and met some amazing humans. However, I also faced a range of challenges with regards to living on the road, leaving home at a young age, and figuring out how to establish a routine in an environment that changed weekly.

I now am enrolled in college in Minnesota where I am majoring in exercise science with a management studies concentration. This spring I completed an INCREDIBLE study abroad experience in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I studied Positive Psychology and was lucky enough to travel quite a bit (thanks to countless sweaty hours the summer before slaving away in restaurants). I would not trade this experience for the world, and I hope I can offer a unique perspective with regards to well-being because of it.

Growing up heavily invested in a sport so deeply ingrained in aesthetics has inevitably lead to a history of challenges regarding my relationship with food, and I am sure many people can relate to this. However, it has thankfully also lead to a love of health, fitness and nutrition throughout my healing journey (which is also a work in progress).

My main objective here is to share what has worked for me as I continue to heal and grow as a person, while being as honest and real as possible! A healthy body is foundation to living our best lives, and I am so excited to spread my passion for showering our bodies with positive thoughts, nourishing foods, and healing movement!
